Anak buah...

This is one of my anak buah(s)... Fami namanya... so "the very" happy go lucky one..., so carefree... and I just get amazed seeing how happy this little guy is... nampak gaya macam tak banyak meragam, but then, I am not 24hours with him... sejuuuuukkkk mata menengoknya... :)

abisss... dia dah nampak Aichu dia dgn camera... berminat sgt ler tuh... sanggup nak didukung semata nak pegang camera.... hehe...

dia tarik kain Aichu dia sebab Aichu dia tak layan nak bagi dia pegang camera... haha...

dia tengah ronda2 tepi meja masa kenduri... ada gaya mandur...!! haha...

cute right? ada rupa Aichu dia... hahaha...

Semoga besar nanti menjadi anak yang mithali....!! aminnn...!!

And then the fight started

My wife sat down on the couch next to me as I was flipping channels. She asked, 'What's on TV?'
I said, 'Dust.'
And then the fight started...

My wife was hinting about what she wanted for our upcoming anniversary. She said, 'I want something shiny that goes from 0 to 150 in about 3 seconds.' I bought her a scale..

After retiring, I went to the Social Security office to apply for Social Security. The woman behind the counter asked me for my driver's license to verify my age. I looked in my pockets and realized I had left my wallet at home. I told the woman that I was very sorry, but I would have to go home and come back later. The woman said, 'Unbutton your shirt'.. So I opened my shirt revealing my curly silver hair. She said, 'That silver hair on your chest is proof enough for me' and she processed my Social Security application. When I got home, I excitedly told my wife about my experience at the Social Security office. She said, 'You should have dropped your pants. You might have gotten disability, too.'

And then the fight started...

My wife and I were sitting at a table at my high school reunion, and I kept staring at a drunken lady swigging her drink as she sat alone at a nearby table. My wife asked, 'Do you know her?'

My wife and I are watching Who Wants To Be A Millionaire while we were in bed. I turned to her and said, "Do you want to have sex?" "No," she answered.
I then said, "Is that your final answer?"
She didn't even look at me this time, simply saying "Yes."
So I said, "Then I'd like to phone a friend."

And that's when the fight started...

Lambatnya.....!!

strange that whenever you are about to go on leave/holiday, time seems to fly verrrryyyy slowwww... just another 1.5hours before I am officially on holiday and out of the office, but hmmm... lambatnya masa berlalu... haha...

so lepas opis, I go bersukan first, then go home, pack the toiletries, hp chargers and all... lepaih tuh... jam 11pm, go airport... lepak2 jap... pusing2 check out the new terminal, then flight is at 3am....

hmmm... come to think of it, may be I go early, then take shuttle to go to Terminal 1, to lepak2 at Diners Lounge... hehe... lepak agung bagus punya..., then 1 hour before departing time, go back to T3 to take the flight... hmmm, may be I should try that... we'll see...

hope that I can finish reading this book by Paul Coelho "11 minutes..." in the flight.... (kalau tak ada interesting movies in the entertainment system ler...). Have to have a good rest too in the flight... sampai KL, have anthr 3 hour trip to Ipoh from KLIA... fuuuuhhh!! letih tuh...

all set... one concern though... I think I am way above the allowed luggage allocation for each passenger... nevermind, think positive, sure can kaotim one lah...!!

Also hope that the flight is not full... hehe... 7 hour flight time can be tiring... I have a window seat (checked in online this morning... hehe...), hope that there is nobody next to me... baru best lepak2 agung punya...!!

Hmmm… 4 more days before going back home for hldy…! Bercuti sakan abih ler nanti… :)


Balik kampung check list :

• Buah tangan : frozen daging unta 5kg (checked)
• Buah tangan : kurma sumbat (with cashew nuts/almonds/wallnut) 5 bungkus (checked)
• Buah tangan : cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, mixed nuts 5 bungkus (checked)
• Pack bags : checked
• Work handover while I am away : checked

So semua dah prepare bagus punya… sampai Jumaat tengahari, my brother will come and pick me up, then go straight to Ipoh… Sabtu, kenduri (sedara mara semua dtg tuh… senang dpt jumpa semua sedara mara sekali harung.. tak payah nak meronda2 jumpa depa masa cuti nih…)… ahad, lepak2 with immediate family members (sesi menganyam ketupat ler tuh… hehe…)

hmmm… look forward to the holiday…. Balik cuti nanti, dah nak masuk bulan April, kerja 3 bulan, dah summer holidays (not much work in summer…), then August dah start posa (kerja lagi slow during Ramadan), September dah nak raya… huaaa…. Time flies very fast…

rasa macam makan gaji buta pulak dah… hmmm… never mind… enjoy it while I can… :)

What the heck...?

Sempena tahun kecergasan sedunia 2009, maka si budak sekor nih nak get back in shape la kononnya (errr… bulat is also a shape what…? hmmm…). Maka pergilah dia ber”exercise”…., dan utk menambahkan tahap motivasi supaya tak semput setengah jalan, maka budak sekor nih pun ambiklah package trainer yg akan memberi latihan2 yg secukupnya utk kecergasan badan dan kecerdasan minda…

Mula minggu pertama OK lagi… penuh bersemangat…!! Aper trainer suruh buat, memang buat...!! buat extra lagi dari aper yg trainer suruh buat... trainer kata lari speed 8km/h, budak sekor nih lari 9km/h... trainer kata pumping 10 kali, dia buat 12 kali... fuhhh...!! penuh semangat tuh...!!

Then, it comes the 2nd week. Trainer tuh pun dah naikkan standard… minggu nih, speed goes up to 10km/h… angkat besi, trainer tambah berat lagi… dia suruh buat chin up lagi banyak… perghhh…!! Baru si budak sekor nih tahu tinggi rendah langit dan bumi…!! Dah lah tuh…, bila dah tak larat nak buat dah, si trainer nih kata lak…”come on, come on… 3 more to go, come on…!! 2 more to go!!! Come on…!! Come on…!! One more to go…!!”…

“Come on, come on Atuk kau…!!” terdetik kat ati budak sekor nih… Budak sekor nih dah mula bengkek giler kat si trainer.. tak lah dia sangka yg dia akan kena torture sebegini…!! Dah lah tuh, dia siap bayar trainer lagi utk si trainer torture power kat dia…!! Hmmm…

Dia dah plan dah, next time trainer kata lagi… ”come on, come on… 3 more to go, come on…!! 2 more to go!!! Come on…!! One more to go…!!” dia nak jawap… F**k you…!! Why don’t you do it….!! Then you know how difficult it is….!!

Kuan, kuang, kuang….!!! Haha…

Perghhhh….!!!! Siksa …!!
But then… esok ada kelas lagi… kena pegi beb… dah bayar… :(

I blew up at the office ystdy... aper taknyer… si budak 2 ekor technical tuh tak buat keghojer…!! Depa patut buat “test cards” nak bagi kat (bukan satu, tapi 2) Mobile Network Operators (satu kat Syria, satu kat Yemen)., kalau nak supply SIM card kat depa, kena bikin test cards dulu… depa check2, bila semua dah OK, baru lepaih tuh boley bawak runding hal rege…

Nih… dah dekat sebulan dah customer request test card, gua follow up dgn depa nih every other day bila kad tuh nak siap… tiap2 hari ada jer excusenya.. tunggu itu lah, tunggu ini lah, lepas satuuuuu, satu excusenyer… gua bawak sabar jer initially… bebudak tak ada pengalaman katakan, kasik sabar sket, dan suruh depa follow up dgn sesapa yg patut utk dptkan informasi yg diperlukan…

Dekat company lama, kerja nih boley siap dlm masa 3 hari, at most 5 working days….

Dgn bebudak 2 ekor(s) nih… dah dekat sebulan gua tunggu… smlm bila gua tanya, depa kata laptop rosak pulak dah…!! maka aper tidaknya, meletop letap lah kat opis semalam kena sembur…!!

“you all don’t take initiative” laaa…
“don’t know how to work around any challenges when trying to get things done” laaa…
“why are you all so afraid to call these guys to follow up, I have told you guys many times to call them alrdy” laa…

Macam2 sumpah seranah depa kena…

Err… bukan itu sajer… (hehe..). gua hantar official emails to them, copy to their bosses asking for updates on the 2 test cards… lepaih tuh, gua hantar email directly to their boss, telling him to look into this matter asap…

“we are just so the very late in delivering the test cards…”, gua tulis. Tak abih lagi tuh, gua pegi personally jumpa boss depa to talk about this matter…

Apa lagi… depa kena panggil lepaih tuh… test cards must go out by today latest….!! (boss depa kata)

Ari nih, kelam kabut depa cuba settlekan hal nih… err… busy nampak hari nih? Tak ada masa baca newspaper ker hari nih…? Padan muka korang…!!

by the way, today, 5h30pm, the test cards went out to customers... puas ati aku...!! haha

Apa dosa aku....??!!! :)

Working with a young team is always fun... ketawa2 in the opis, riang ria macam kat Zoo like that... haha... (sambil makan KFC...). But, but, but... whenever it comes to the actual work, astaghfirullah....!! slownya...!!!! sebab deme nih tak banyak experience... sakit jiwa aku dibuatnya... segalanya slow, selalu buat silap, do once, then do again, and again, and again... ntah bila2 laaaa kerja nak siap... nak aku complaint kat bosses... but it is not their fault, dah tak ada pengalaman, nak buat camna...?

Dina is 27yo, as office admin, boley lepas laaa... good attitude in the office, takes initiative... si Jovitha, 24yo... boley la sket, masih agak slow dan agak kerap buat silap... nasib baik dia sedar, and rectify apa yang tersilap tuh, kalo tak, abih ler... yang si Momo nih pulak, baru 22 yo, fresh graduate... hancur...!! kalo aku boss deme, dah lama deme nangih dah kena marah maki hamun dgn aku... deadline semuanya push back dari hari ke hari... bila tanya bila benda nih siap, depa kata in 2 days, but dah dekat seminggu setengah dah tak pun siap2 lagi...!! siksa jiwa aku...

and since they are new in the working world, depa tak ada kenderaan lagi, so very much dependant on public transport... maka tak leh ler nak stay back ker, nak dtg awal sket ker, coz they are taking this transport service with fix departure time... 6ptg tiap2 hari kena balik dah... pagi2 jam 9 sharp baru sampai... hmmm... mana kerja yg tak siap for the day, will have to wait till tmrw... hmmm... siksanya jiwa aku... camni, camna nak bagi servis yang tip top kat customers...?

at the back left side is Philippe, who will join us this month (March)... a French Lebanese guy... another "rookie"... baru 24yo...

yang si Tariq nih pulak, baru 32yo... kengkadang cara dia deal dgn customer pun aku tertanya2.... camna dia buat/deal camtu... kalolah aku yg menjadi customer, dah lama aku carik supplier lain... kengkadang agak sombong gak...!! hmm, aneh... aku pun dah mula risau nak bawak dia jumpa customers... tak semena2 lak kang depa naik angin dan carik supplier lain...

si Radha yang paling berpengalaman... dah 50 dah... tapi nampak muda lagi 50, rasa aku laa... awet muda beb... minum jamu ramuan india tiap2 hari kut...!! hehe

walau macam mana pun, terpaksa bersabar lah aku... teramat2 banyaknya...!!

errr... aper dosa aku kena keghojer dengan depa yg kurang pengalaman nih...!! slownya...! arghhhhhh....!!!! hehehe...
