Josh... so refer back to pic nbr 1... customer nakkan item kat pic nbr 10, tapi dia punya explain, explain, explain, explain, explain berkali2 amende dia nak (sebab risau project manager/leader tak paham), punyalah dahsat..., langsung Sales leader pening kapla and paham benda lain.... hehehe.... biasalah tuh... hey..!! bukan salah salesman tau...!! Sales just paint a beautiful picture of the product... hehe... ("goreng kasik hangus bagus punya..!")

Wahaza, no 10 & no 1 interlink laaa... so whenever you talk about pic 10, people will remember pic 1... hehe... hold on, aren't you into IT...? shouldn't pic 3 or 4 be more applicable to you...? ini kes tak nak ngaku buat salah la nih bila customer complaint... ala2 saying "I'm the victim here...!!".. hahaha... good try...!!
dulu, memang no 3 n 4 n yg documentation 2, haha - sajer tak nak mngaku. 'Con'-vince, hahaha
