Diners Lounge - Dubai International Airport

some of the privileges of a Diners cardholder is that you will be given free access to Diners airport lounge in airports where they have such facility... It is not the case for KLIA (no Diners airport lounge..), but guess what? they have this lounge at Dubai International Airport....

so, every time I have to go to Dubai international airport (terminal 1), no worries, if I have free time, will definitely go to the lounge... lepak2, baca newspaper... check emails/do some work, makan aper yg patut... hehehe.... besssssttttt...!!! hehehe... even though you are travelling on eco, no hal, can enjoy this facility...

Dubai airport duty free…. Mcm2 ada….!! Dan dari dulu sampai sekarang, tentu ada lucky draw utk menang sebijik kereta… skrng ni, you can also win a Harley Davidson… to be eligible to participate in the lucky draw, you have to spend min AED1000…

so aper lagi, ari nih, bila sampai kat airport, lepas beli my duty free cigarettes, terus menuju ke Diners Lounge nih... melantak biriyani (national food for guess…??? Tak ada benda lain ker pun?), sayur, hati ayam, mutton curry... then go upstairs (smoking area), have a smoke, coffee, some more food and dessert.... sambil update blog nih...

what I like about this lounge is that there is not many people... the lounge is not only for Diners cardholder actually, but also for some other airlines... it is also served as first class lounge for Qatar Airlines, Kuwait Airways, Sudan Airways, Air Alderia, Swiss Air, Korean Air, Yemenia and Saudi Airlines…. the lounge is never crowded (unlike Emirates Biz Class lounge... masa dulu2 dpt masuk Emirates biz class lounge thanks to my frequent flyer card, before they move the frequent flyer lounge to a separate lounge...)... Tenang, tak ramai org... boleh hisap rokok... (tu yg penting tuh... hehehe...), makanan pun best... ada internet access dsbnyer lah...!!

so sesapa yg ada Diners card, dan happen to be at Dubai airport, jgn lepaskan peluang berehat2 kat Diners lounge nih... no other requirement, transit ker, memang departing from Dubai ker,.... as long as you are a Diners cardholder, anda semua dijemput dtg... (cheewah, macam aku yg tuan punya lounge)

So, whenever I need to go to Dubai airport, I actually look forward to it… simply because I can use the Diners Lounge..

Btw, unlike last time, the flight departed on schedule w/out any hiccup. Can you imagine, for such a short flight (1h30mn), they use B747… not so economic actually, but then we are talking about the Saudis… Saudi Airlines have a lot of B747, a part from B777 and MD90 (kapal terbang ekor ikan paus… hehehe Malaysia Airlines & Air Asia tak ada MD90 nih…) flight was not full… Dlm flight, they served biriyani (again…!!?) In flight entertainment was OK, nothing to cry out loud about… biasa2 jer…

Do you see what I see….? Malaysia Airlines flight going back KUL ler…. Sakit ati jer nengok dari dalam flight Saudi nih, masa check-in tadi pun sebelah2 jer kaunter, tokonang eden kat kampong den…! … hehehe…
